I build and run IT infrastructure – from the hardware in the data centre to the services on top of it. Anything done twice by hand gets automated the third time: processes as n8n workflows, server operations over a Telegram bot, language models on hardware I own instead of someone else's cloud.

What the work looks like

This site is part of the proof: a Python generator with no framework builds it, a cron job snapshots it to GitLab every 30 minutes. No manual steps, no upkeep — exactly the kind of process I build for companies.

  Nextcloud, GitLab, n8n and a vector database on a machine I set up and maintain myself. Bare metal behind nginx – no panel, no managed hosting.

• Automated server operations

  n8n watches my server, installs updates and runs the Minecraft server. Wired up to a Telegram bot: alerts and commands live in a chat instead of an SSH session.

• AI in house

  Language models run locally here, not through third-party APIs. Everyday use decides what is worth keeping – not the spec sheet.
