Privacy policy

This is a purely static website. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising networks and no embedded third-party content. Every file, including fonts and scripts, is served from my own server.

When you open this site, the web server automatically stores data sent by your browser:

• truncated IP address
• date and time of access
• requested address and amount of data transferred
• referring page and browser identification

This data is used solely to operate the site securely and without disruption, and is not combined with other sources. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – my legitimate interest in technically sound operation. Logs are deleted after 14 days.

Hosting

The site runs on a server I operate myself at IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS.

Encryption

The connection is encrypted with TLS, shown by the padlock and https:// in your address bar. The certificate is issued by Let's Encrypt.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to me, I process your details to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise (f). Your data is deleted once the enquiry is settled and no retention obligations apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please use the address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – either where you live or where the controller is based.
